List the input devices: presenter laptop, media player or other agreed equipment. Record the publishing account separately, with a representative Arabic/English content sample.

Photograph the proposed assembly and mark the air path and service route. Request the exact model’s installation documents for that configuration, then agree a readability observation with time and position.

Trace video and audio from each input device to its intended display or audio output. Label the cable or network connection, endpoints and responsible team on the proposed signal-route drawing.

Demonstration to agree
Demonstrate the agreed routes from the media player or other specified input device to the display. Under the agreed test procedure, reconnect that device and record the configuration and result.

Link the exact model and assembly to the mounting position, viewing points and service access. For exterior or glazed installations, record exposure and request the applicable model instructions.

Exact-model installation instructions, installation cross-section drawing and exposure record
Demonstration to agree
Compare the proposed open wall, recess, glazing or enclosure with the applicable model documents. Record the responsible technical review separately from the dated readability observations.

Identify who selects a video input, publishes a message and restores normal operation. Record the agreed account roles and control steps, without storing passwords.

Outdoor publishing permissions, day/evening settings and recovery instructions
Demonstration to agree
Ask the intended operator to start, switch and recover the system with the supplied instructions. Record problems and the next action.

Collect the as-built route, equipment list, configuration references, service instructions and a named responsibility for follow-up. Keep evidence requests separate from recorded test results.

Safe service access, isolation responsibilities and assembly maintenance instructions
Demonstration to agree
Locate the relevant document, follow the recovery instructions and record the outcome with a responsible role and date. The project team agrees acceptance separately.
