Guest information systems
Lobby messages, bilingual destinations and the people who publish updates.
Conceptual system map: input devices supply video and audio to the signal route and display. Control and service have separate responsibilities. Not a wiring diagram.
Input devices & content
List the input devices: presenter laptop, media player or other agreed equipment. Record the publishing account separately, with a representative Arabic/English content sample.
Add this interface to a handoverTreat the guest journey and the publishing workflow as one project scope. A lobby display, a destination kiosk and an exterior message may share content but require different site records and acceptance tasks. Use zone references to keep them separate.
Bring to the demonstration
Use an Arabic/English destination sample including a mixed reference such as G-01. Check the rendered message at the actual viewing point and agree who can correct it.

Zone-to-media-player-to-display schedule and IT responsibility map
Demonstration to agree
Demonstrate that an update reaches its intended zone. Record the actual media player, display reference and observed recovery after an agreed interruption.

Link the exact model and assembly to the mounting position, viewing points and service access. For exterior or glazed installations, record exposure and request the applicable model instructions.
Document to request
Zone drawing, destination viewing point and access record
Demonstration to agree
Read the smallest essential line from the agreed positions. Record time, lighting and content. Technical installation review uses the exact assembly and manufacturer documents.

Identify who selects a video input, publishes a message and restores normal operation. Record the agreed account roles and control steps, without storing passwords.
Document to request
Publishing and approval roles, correction steps and fallback message
Demonstration to agree
Ask the intended operator to start, switch and recover the system with the supplied instructions. Record problems and the next action.

Collect the as-built route, equipment list, configuration references, service instructions and a named responsibility for follow-up. Keep evidence requests separate from recorded test results.
Document to request
Zone equipment register, content recovery instructions and service responsibilities
Demonstration to agree
Locate the relevant document, follow the recovery instructions and record the outcome with a responsible role and date. The project team agrees acceptance separately.
