Name the meeting
Write down who is in the room, who joins remotely and who starts the session. List the visiting device and the intended content. Decide which tasks must be demonstrated before choosing a test sequence.
Trace one complete route
Use the proposed drawing to follow the presenter laptop’s video output to the room display and any agreed remote destination. Label each endpoint and its responsible role. Add separate checks for the agreed audio and control tasks; a visible picture is not a record of those tasks.
Run the operator’s sequence
Ask the intended operator to start the system, select the presenter’s video input and restore the agreed normal state. Use the supplied instructions. Note where a step requires help, and assign a correction rather than marking the sequence complete.
Record the conditions
Reference the drawing revision, actual device and content sample. Include the observation date, result and follow-up owner. Keep the record alongside any supplier test documents. Agree acceptance with the project team; this sequence supplies no universal thresholds.
